Sardonix has launched an esteemed process for the solution of unemployment problems among the Technical Generations. We noticed the importance of Employment Information due to the Globalization. After completion of professional graduation, aspirants required employment information time to time to win their career. This is because of their professional graduation. They have to look for Global opportunities beyond the Local. Besides this they must posess the employability skills apart from technical which were required by the employers since the integrity plays a major role in success of any corporate business. Sardonix has designed a process called WWEIS (World Wide Employment Information Service) for the benefit of aspirants in their career.
Features
We provide direct recruitment information from the client companies to the registered aspirants. The recruitment information consists of Domestic and International Companies openings. Besides, we provide job oriented model tests of technical and analytical. We also mentor our registered aspirants on Communication Skills based on International English. Under Employability Skills module we conduct Mock Group Discussions, Mock Interviews along with video feedbacks.

Some Facts about the Process

What is Registration?
Aspirants have to enroll their names to get all the benefits of the process against a payment at Sardonix Onshore Operations Center.
What is the Valid period of Registration?
The registration is valid up to 12 months from the date of Registration. This period is called Registration Valid Period.
What is the next step after getting registration with WWEIS?
The first step after the registration is - Sardonix HR Team will provide a Unique ID. After getting a unique ID Sardonix provide a common training on Communication skills on the platform of International English without Grammar. During this Common Training we also conduct workshops on Interview Skills and Group Discussions.
What is the Activation period of WWEIS?
It is constantly a thirty days period from the Registration Date. During this period the aspirant will be in Common Training.
Do I need to pay extra money for Mock GDs and Mock Interviews?
No, You need not to pay any money for the trainings and Mock GDs and Mock Interviews.
What are the other trainings Sardonix provides for Registered aspirants?
Besides these Trainings Sardonix also conduct Model Technical Tests as per the profile of employers and Model Tests on Aptitude and Reasoning too.
How WWEIS works?
The process is simple and effective. We assure success.
Step 1 - Aspirant receives Job Openings information of different companies of seven IT cities from Sardonix
Onshore through an electronic mail.
Step2 - Aspirant decides whether he/she would like to attend on Interview (Optional)
Step3 - If aspirant would like to attend on Interview, he/she calls to the Sardonix onshore and takes the dates for Mock GDs, Mock Interviews, Model Technical Tests and Model Aptitude and Reasoning tests.
Sardonix HR Team trains the aspirant before an Interview attend by aspirant.
What are the other provisions of the Process?
Mobile Alerts- Sardonix sends interview date, time and company venue and other details directly to the aspirant mobile one day before.
Reminder Service - Sardonix reminds Interview date to the aspirants by sending an electronic mail or by making a call.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Any final year students of B.Tech/M.Tech/MBAs/MCAs/BCAs are eligible.
Any Graduates of  B.Tech/M.Tech/MBAs/MCAs/BCAs are eligible.
Any non-technical final year students of B.A/B.Sc/B.com are eligible.
Any Graduates of  B.A/B.Sc/B.com are eligible.
